Service description

Classes will be held online every Saturday morning at 10 am EST on April 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13 & 20th. Classes will be recorded. If you know you cannot make a live Zoom class then just let me know beforehand and I will send you a recording good for 2 days that you can practice at your own leisure. Happy Spring! Join me as we transition into and connect to the positive energy of Spring for a specialized 6 week Qigong package of classes. Just as the seasons change, our bodies mirror the cycle of nature. Qigong mirrors movements in nature that are gentle yet powerful; spiraling, stillness and flow. Each season we can focus on particular Qigong exercises, flows, activations, routines that help your body and energy function at its highest vibration and health. This helps us transition from one season into the next with ease. Springtime is when life begins to bloom and flourish as we transform from our Winter hibernation of inner reflection. This is a time to cleanse and feel rejuvenated. A time to take action. What do you want to cultivate in your life? What are your inspirations? Qigong for Spring: Letting go of the old and making space for the new. A time for growth, transformation, abundance, clarity and creativity. During our sessions, we will focus on the Swimming Dragon style of Qigong, cultivating energy for healthy, strong bodies. You will learn movements and techniques to help build longevity, resilience for body and mind, strength and flexibility. We will meditate for positive transformation. Learn to release and let go of stress. Improve and support Liver health cultivating internal power and inspiration. Connect to loving kindness. Everyone is welcome as classes can be practiced seated or standing or both. Comfortable clothes and no equipment needed. Classes will consist of specialized breathing exercises, movements/activations, stretches, flows and meditation. I will share special acupressure points and massage related to the season, healing sounds to purge and color to tonify. As a BONUS after signing up, I will send you a guide to Help Nourish and Flourish during the Season of Spring. This will include a list of activities and ideas that you can add in to help improve your health to feel your best mentally, physically and emotionally. After class I will be available to stay on with you for Q&A’s.
