Classes will be held online each Saturday morning at 10am starting November 4th, 11th, 18th and the 25th. Classes will be recorded. If you know you cannot make a live Zoom class , no problem. Just let me know beforehand and I will send you a recording that is good for 5 days so you can practice at your own leisure. Welcome to Qigong for Fall! Join me as we transition into and connect to the positive energy of Fall; a specialized 4 week Qigong package of classes. Just as the seasons change, our bodies mirror the cycle of nature. Qigong mirrors movements in nature that are gentle yet powerful. Seasonal practices are a wonderful way to cultivate balance and harmony between our internal energy and external energy. Each season we can focus on particular Qigong exercises, flows, activations, routines that help your body and energy function at its highest vibration and health. This helps us transition from one season into the next with ease. Fall is a time when nature and life begin to let go of whats not serving. A time to cleanse, release and strengthen our immune system. The focus on the physiological health of our lungs and our emotions to transform into the highest vibration leading us into the Winter Season. We will work on clearing emotions of depression, sadness, stress and grief to feel more elevated and inspired from the inside as we move forward. Qigong for Fall : Feel more empowered as you tune in. Think of this practice as a time to build your Wei Chi, your protective energy, transforming stress into vital vibrant energy! During our sessions, , cultivating positive energy for healthy, strong bodies. You will learn movements and techniques to help build longevity, resilience for body and mind and flexibility. We will meditate for positive transformation. Learn to release and let go of stress. Improve and support Lung health cultivating internal confidence, courage and inspiration. Everyone is welcome as classes can be practiced seated or standing or both. Comfortable clothes and no equipment needed. Classes will consist of a short Qigong teaching focused on the Season of Fall. followed by specialized breathing exercises, movements/activations, stretches, flows and meditation. I will share special acupressure points and massage related to the season to keep your immune system strong and vibrant as well as healing sounds to purge and colour therapy to help tonify. After class I will be available to stay on with you for Q&A’s.
