4-Week Healing Winter Qigong

Service description

Help boost your immune system naturally and protect against colds and other illnesses as we practice this specialized Winter Qigong together for 4 weeks via Zoom. If you are new to Qigong, this is a great opportunity to try and experience this original self-care, mind-body healing fitness branch of Chinese Medicine. You probably have heard of Tai Chi. This Chinese practice came from Qigong. Qigong is gentle, healing, powerful and preventative. Great for everyone of all levels whether you are a beginner, have health issues or an elite athlete. During our time together, we will focus on specialized breathwork, gentle exercises/activations, flows and meditation. You can wear comfy clothes, flat supportive shoes or bare feet and can be seated or standing, Winter is a time to go inward, slow down and reflect. At the end of class I will be available for a Q&A. If you miss a class please just let me know and I will send you a recording that you can enjoy at your own leisure that will be good for 2 days. I look forward to practicing together. Think of this as a time of healing and proactive as we gently move and ignite the Qi within to feel your best.
