Enjoy this Yoga Flow anytime in the day and wonderful for the evening as we practice Moon Salutation ( Chandra Namaskar). A beautiful practice to help improve self confidence, self worth, bring energy into your center and clear your mind for creativity and imagination. A Tao Yin seated sequence to help move energy upwards ( wonderful for Perimenopause and Menopause and feeling balance within). A balance exercise feeling grounded and 2 of my favorite daily stretches. Guided 4,7,8, pranayama breathwork to finsh. Use this exercise anytime you need to calm your nerves from stress or feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.
