The second part of this practice moves seated onto the mat for Hip Opening and Release. A wonderful way to let go of emotional stress that is constricted within the physical aspects of our body in our pelvic space. Anxiety and depression can lead to pain and dicomfort in this area. It is crtical to realese any existing stored tension through movement.  We finish with a a few moments to quiet the mind and connect within.
