Wall Yoga Class
A self care Yoga Class for you. We begin with some comforting stress releasing Self Massage with focus on chest, upper back, neck, jaw and facial muscles. Enjoy learning an easy Toning Exercise to help firm your neck that you can include throughout your week. After a warm up, we move to the Wall to strengthen, stretch (great for hips, legs and core) and work on our balance with focused breath. Finsh back on our mat as we sink into the moment with Gentle Stretches and twists to help digestion and release any tension and tightness. Then time to relax with a Guided Savasana that will help to regulate and balance within which is very healing for our Hormones.
