Qigong Fusion Class

A gentle practice enjoyed both on the mat and standing to warm up, stretch, activate and improve circualtion. A combiantion of Qigong and Yoga to help release stress, relax and improve energy. Have a block or cushion handy for legs up at the end of the practice to really embrace dropping into the moment with relaxation. Feel good about taking this time for you.
