Qigong: Stress Release & Mat Core
2 Part Class:
1st Part - Qigong Practice for stress/anxiety release (standing or seated). Release stagnant energy, clear mind and let go. As you circulate good energy feel open to making good decisions. Silk reeling to help keep joints supple. Preventative and healing for arthritis, stiff joints and improved circulation. Flow into a meditative movement and focused breath work (learn to clear your mind and calm your nervous system).
Continue for the 2nd Part (40 min mark) to the end as we move on the mat with some Pilates Core work and Stretch. Important to keep our core strong for day to day activites and take time to stretch so the mind and body can relax and stay healthy.
