Chair Exercise


Seated Practice combining Qigong and Yoga plus Core strength exercises. Massage, silk reeling to help improve circulation and keep joints supple. Root chakra focus to feel grounded, connected, safe and move energy up into the body. This is very healing for menopause, pelvic floor, reproductive organs and breast health. End with gentle stretch and guided body scan as you drop into relaxation.
