Qigong/Tao Yin Release Stress
This practice is a combination of Qigong/Tao Yin/Yoga flow. Focus on waking up the body, moving energy with intentsion to release & let go of stress & anxiety. Feel strong, more confident, secure, calm and energized as we practice a series of Qigong exercises. massage, balance and more. Finish on the floor as we cool down with gentle stretches and Legs Up ( can use a block or pillow under hips). Box Breathing to finish as this is a great technique to use anytime anywhere when needed to release and let go of stress, feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. Build strength and resilience as you learn how to work with your emotions to breath through any challenges you may face.
