Hatha Vinyasa Class

A Yoga Flow for you! This practice is gentle and slow to help you drop into the moment, feel the stillness and calm within. We begin on the mat with Gentle Massage for the lower body for improved blood flow and circulation. Focused Breathwork to help feel centered and some gentle Qigong silk reeling and tapping to improve energy flow. Moving into a Standing slow gentle Yoga flow to help build resilience and feel a sense of peace. We finish with gentle Floor Stretches into a guided Body Scan Savasana. With every breath, relax a little deeper and connect with the Earth underneath you. Improve Circulation, Feel Grounded, Strong & Calm.
