Full Practice Standing to Floor: Qigong/Yoga/Tao Yin

Immerce yourself in this full body practice of Qigong, Yoga and Tao Yin. We start in standing posture moving, strengthening and warming the body then glide down to the floor to finish with gentle stretch and relaxation. You will build muscle, bone and core strength (so important specially during perimenopause and menopause), improve circualtion and balance. At the 45 minute mark enjoy a guided meditation for savasana as we start with a Qigogn Healing Sound to ignite the Triple Warmer. This sound is wonderful to practice in the eveing before bed or any time you would like to calm your nervous system.
