Chair - Fire Breath, Qi Massage, & Core/Upper Body Strength (57:24min)

A combination class - Feel Strong and Energized! Warm up with focused alignment, specialized Fire Breath & Qi massage. Release stress & improve metabolism & digestion. At the 27min mark, grab your light weights (optional) as we move into a variety of exercises targeting key muscles to build strong arms, upper body and core strength. Finish with gentle stretches (can use a scarf, belt or strap if handy) to help improve circulation & keep muscles supple. Always listen to your body. We are all unique. As you practice, you will build strength and good health.
