Drop into the moment with this practice of Yoga/Qigong. Set a personal intention to bring into your day. Build strength, circulate energy, breath retention, balance and let go of tension. Class is 48 minutes ending with floor stretch knees to chest. When recording ends, please take as long as you would like to relax in savasana to enjoy the quiet time for you.
