Chair Exercise

Clear Your Mind - Awaken Your Body

Class includes a Qi (energy) Facial activating specific acupressure points, fluid movements to help increase circulation, core exercises to help build internal strength, yoga postures and a few standing exercises with the chair to cultivate balance and strength. End with a few minutes to quiet the mind, tune in, slow down and relax with a seated Savasana.
