Build Core/Leg Strength - Time to Stretch/Relax

We begin standing (use chair for balance) with focused exercises (Pilates inspired) for cardio, core and leg strength. Move to the floor as we slow down with stretches to release tension/tightness in our hips/pirifomis/legs. At the 48:48 minute mark it is time for a well deserved healing Savasana (about 10minutes) for a restorative rest. Stay as long as you would like and feel this positive energy within and all around you.
