Who am I?
I am Jennifer Nocito, a teacher, mentor, motivator and guide that serves women virtually to help them improve their overall health using a positive, preventative and holistic approach.
Through health issues, hormonal changes, divorce, grief, career changes, and the day-to-day of being a single working mom, breath work and quieting the mind has been my haven and salvation. Following the end of my marriage, I began to really focus on my physical, mental and spiritual self through the practice of yoga and meditation. This made a huge impact on my life. I took time daily for myself and what a difference this made helping my mentality. There was a sense of relief knowing I was on a positive path for both my daughter and I.
I became a certified Qigong, Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation teacher so I could share and teach these powerful practices to help people heal, teach proactive practices and bring joy into their lives. It brings me happiness to be part of making a difference for others. Diving deeper into my Yoga specialized training has been my focus to help women in their health journey as I am certified Women's Yoga and Hormone Specialist recognized by the Canadian and American Yoga Alliances.
As a certified Women's Hormone Balancing Specialist, my coaching background supports and guides women on their journey to feel their best. I help balance their hormones through stress management and positive health and lifestyle transformative changes by following a coaching protocol that uses motivational interviewing and client-led methods. I am an IAWP Holistic Wellness Coach with RHC HCA certification. Also, I have an accredited certification - Psychology Diploma for Anxiety and Panic Attacks.
Making a decision that you are ready to make a change is a huge first step.
